The Finance Sector Non-Executive Director Forum LBG Eleventh AGM 25 March 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Eleventh Annual General Meeting of the Finance Sector Non-Executive Director Forum LBG is to be held at Les Cotils, L’Hyvreuse, Guernsey , St Peter Port GY1 1UU on Tuesday 25 March 2025 (4pm to 6pm drinks and networking with AGM at 4.30pm) for the transaction of the following business:
1. Chairman opens the meeting.
2. To review and adopt the minutes of the Tenth AGM dated 1 February 2024
3. To receive the address of the
4. To receive and adopt the unaudited accounts for the period ended 31 December 2024.
5. Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation
a. Special Resolution
b. that the Articles of Incorporation of the NED Forum be amended by the adoption of new Articles (in the form attached to this notice) in place of the existing Articles; c. Ordinary Resoloution d. that the Constitution of the NED Forum be amended by the adoption of a new Constitution (in the form attached to this notice) in place of the existing onstitution.
6. Election of Executive Committee a. Anna Rivers b. Lisa Evans
7. Any other business.
The AGM papers, Amended Articles of Incorporation, the unaudited accounts and biographies for Anna Rivers and Lisa Evans will be published on the Members page of the NED Forum website in due course. An invitation is extended to all members to attend the AGM.
Quorum: Ten members including any proxies.
