The Finance Sector Non-Executive Director Forum LBG Eighth AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Finance Sector Non-Executive Director Forum LBG is to be held at Investec, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3LP on Thursday 10 March 2022 (4pm to 6pm drinks and networking with AGM at 4.45pm) for the transaction of the following business:
1. Chairman opens the meeting.
2. To review and adopt the minutes of the Seventh AGM dated 16 December 2020.
3. To receive the address of the Chairman.
4. To receive and adopt the unaudited accounts for the period ended 31 December 2020 and 31 December 2021.
5. Election of Chairman
6. Election of Treasurer
7. Election of Secretary
8. Election of Executive Committee
9. Any other business.
The AGM papers and the unaudited accounts will be published on the Members page of the NED Forum website in due course.
Note Under the Constitution of the NED Forum, all Officers and the Executive Committee are elected for a two year period by Members.
All nominations will be collated in advance by the Secretary and all votes can be submitted at the AGM in person or proxy form. The deadline for nominations is 24 February 2022.
An invitation is extended to all members to attend the AGM.
Quorum: Ten members including any proxies.
