Revision of Laws

The new and amended legislation for the Revision of Laws project, totaling more than 2000 pages, will come into effect on the 1^st of November 2021. Charisma Lyall, General Counsel for the Commission, will speak about the main changes brought about by this legislation and what the next steps will be. The Revision of Laws project has been undertaken to update the Bailiwick’s regulatory laws to reflect current international standards, create efficiencies for both the industry and the Commission and future-proof the legislative regime.
