NED Forum AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Finance Sector Non-Executive Director Forum LBG is to be held The Old Government House Hotel & Spa, St Ann’s Place, St Peter Port, on Tuesday 13 May 2014 at 12.30pm for the transaction of the following business:

1. To receive the address of the Chairman.
2. To receive and adopt the unaudited accounts for the period ended 31 December 2013.
3. To seek election of new members to the Executive Committee.
4. Any other business.

Members wishing to seek election to the NED Forum Committee must be members and have received nomination from two members. Nomination forms are available from the Secretary. Please submit the completed Nomination Form together with a short biography to enable members to take an informed decision on your election, to the Secretary admin@thenedforum.com by close of business on 17 April 2014.

The AGM papers and the unaudited accounts will be published on the Members page of the NED Forum website in due course.

If you wish to attend the AGM it would be appreciated if you could book via the email invitation to assist us with the catering arrangements.
