This two-hour breakfast seminar will provide an update on the latest developments in the world of anti-money laundering, including new European legislation and a change to Guernsey’s AML/CFT evaluation regime. It will also update delegates on the current thinking about anti-bribery and corruption, and the importance of sanctions, as well as sharing some handy hints on building and maintaining a list of high-risk jurisdictions.
