Dealing with the GFSC when a problem arises

Problems arise, risks become reality, things go wrong. In a local regulated firm, there are usually two immediate questions: what shall we do, and shall we tell the GFSC? Andrew Dempster will be speaking about interacting with the Commission when a problem arises, both from the Commission’s perspective, and informed by his own experience of leading a local licensee, with a focus on the role and expectations of NEDs.
