This workshop is an opportunity to hear about and discuss recent trends in corporate governance and financial reporting, including:

• UK corporate governance code developments and any expected changes following the change in the UK government, including a focus on the controls statement requirement for listed companies;
• Salient findings from the Deloitte analysis of corporate reports;
• A review of the upcoming changes to UK GAAP and IFRS

for 31 December 2025 reporters; and

• A review of the current ESG landscape and what regulators are currently focused on.
