Jon Moulton is Chairman of FinnCap, the major AIM broker and of the Channel Islands Securities Exchange. He is Chair of the turnaround firm Better Capital, a very active private investor and has been working in private equity since 1979.
He is a member of the board of the Corporate Finance Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, an honorary fellow of the University College London, was a member of the £3.2bn Government Regional Growth Fund Advisory Board, a director of two full-listed companies, Chairman of Greensphere, an alternative energy infrastructure fund (now partnered with Texas Pacific Group) and a regular writer and speaker on corporate finance and financial matters.
