This two-hour breakfast seminar will provide an update on the latest developments in the world of anti-money laundering, including a catch-up on AML developments and news in Guernsey, the debate around beneficial ownership information, thoughts on de-risking and how it sits with the aims of AML, an update on terrorist financing, the latest plans for dealing with Politically Exposed Persons, and money laundering through art and wine.
