The Finance Sector Non-Executive Director Forum LBG Third AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Finance Sector Non-Executive Director Forum LBG is to be held at The Old Government House Hotel & Spa, St Ann’s Place, St Peter Port on Thursday 23 June 2016 at 11.45am for the transaction of the following business:

1. Chairman opens the meeting.
2. To review and adopt the minutes of the Second AGM dated 12 May 2015.
3. To receive the address of the Chairman.
4. To receive and adopt the unaudited accounts for the period ended 31 December 2015.
5. Any other business.

The AGM papers and the unaudited accounts will be published on the Members page of the NED Forum website in due course.

If you wish to attend the AGM it would be appreciated if you could book via Eventbrite invitation to assist us with the catering arrangements. Lunch will be available at 12.00 noon.
