The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators has been working with UK companies and global investors on the challenges and rewards of, and the development of good practice in, investor stewardship and shareholder engagement.

Peter Swabey, Policy and Research Director at ICSA will discuss the findings of some of this research and look at how companies and their boards can liaise more effectively with investors.
