This workshop is an opportunity to hear about and discuss recent trends in corporate governance and financial reporting, including:
- The current ESG landscape and financial reporting – where this has got to and what regulators are currently focused on;
- UK corporate governance code developments and any expected changes following the change in the UK government, including a focus on the controls statement requirement for listed companies;
- Salient findings from the Deloitte analysis of corporate reports;
- A review of the upcoming changes to UK GAAP on revenue and leasing standards; and
- An update on the topical new financial reporting requirements for 31 December 2024 reporters.
