Governance in focus – the way forward

This workshop is an opportunity to hear about and discuss recent trends in corporate governance and financial reporting.
We will share the findings from our recently completed analysis of corporate reports as well as looking ahead at emerging requirements – particularly around climate change disclosures, s172 reporting and going concern/viability statements. With commentary covering the additional assurance investors are seeking; the issues regulators will be focusing on during these uncertain times and the impact on audit committees. We will also update you on the topical new financial reporting requirements for 31 December 2020 reporters.
