The Finance Sector Non-Executive Director Forum LBG Sixth AGM

Notice is herby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Finance Sector Non-Executive Director Forum LBG is to be held at Investec, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3LP on Tuesday 17 December 2019 at 4.45pm for the transaction of the following business:

1. Chairman opens the meeting.
2. To review and adopt the minutes of the Fifth AGM dated 27 November 2018.
3. To receive the address of the Chairman.
4. To receive and adopt the unaudited accounts for the period ended 31 December 2018.
5. Election of Chairman
6. Election of Treasurer
7. Election of Secretary
8. Election of Executive Committee
9. New Chairman Introductory Address
10. Any other business.

The AGM papers and the unaudited accounts will be published on the Members page of the NED Forum website in due course.

If you wish to attend the AGM it would be appreciated if you could book via Eventbrite invitation to assist us with the catering arrangements.

Note
Under the Constitution of the NED Forum, all Officers and the Executive Committee are elected for a two year period by Members.

All nominations will be collated in advance by the Secretary and all votes can be submitted at the AGM in person or proxy form. The deadline for nominations is 3 December 2019

An invitation is extended to all members to attend the AGM.

Quorum: Ten members including any proxies.

4.45pm for the AGM followed by drinks and canapés hosted by Investec.
