This workshop will provide an update on trends and developments at The International Stock Exchange (TISE).

There will be a particular focus on the areas where Non-Executive Directors may see opportunities for further listings from within Guernsey, including:

• private equity, via debt acquisition vehicles, high yield bonds and partnership interests;
• funds, especially with the requirements for substance;
• real estate, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs);
• insurance, especially Insurance Linked Securities (ILS);
• local trading/operating companies; and
• other emerging niches.
